New for 2018 – No more job boards or booth reservations! We’re moving into the digital space where all available job postings (both onsite and offsite) will be listed online and accessible in our Career Center. Employers will be able to flag positions that are open for interviews onsite, and Job Candidates will be able to search all jobs open (both onsite and offsite). The Career Center will also feature informal lounge seating in case Employers would like to schedule a time to meet with any Job Candidates for onsite interviews.
Before going to New Orleans, post your open positions to ensure you have the time to schedule interviews with the outstanding candidates who will want to meet you face-to-face at the meeting!
Onsite, all online job postings will be displayed electronically in the Career Center at the convention. If you are attending the 2018 NATA Convention in New Orleans and would like to collect resumes and/or interview potential candidates, make your job posting stand out by designating it with our Career Center icon beginning May 2018. The positions associated with the Career Center icon will be flagged for ease of identification by Job Candidates. We will send a text to you when potential candidates drop off their resumes at the Career Center desk for your job posting.

Don’t miss your chance to search and apply for online jobs in advance, putting yourself in the best position to set up interviews even before heading to Houston! Once you are there, employers will also be able to post positions – so keep checking even after you arrive!
If there’s any job or employer that you notice is onsite via our online Career Center, it’s suggested you bring extra copies of your resume with you and visit the front desk and notify them of your interest in setting up an interview. Your contact information along with your resume will be collected and sent to Employers.
Your resume is one of the first impressions potential employers will obtain of you. Have you ever wanted your resume critiqued by someone in the AT profession? Resume Review is offered at no cost to all our attendees! Come by the Career Center desk and drop off your resume. We will send you a text when it is ready to be picked up. As an added bonus, you can choose to talk to a seasoned AT about how to build up your resume after it’s been reviewed.
